作为专职EHS人员,您在履行职责的过程中是否经常遇到其他作业部门人员认为您是在“找茬”?是否会为其他部门人员的不配合而头疼?是否认为公司的安全文化还不到位?是否各部门经理、主管或监督对自己在安全方面的职责和界面的划分还不甚明确?安全作为现代企业的核心价值之一,良好的安全文化是企业实现良好安全绩效的基础,安全文化的建设,需要全体员工的积极参与、贡献,尤其是管理层的领导力及展示力。
本课程以生动的案例介绍了如何建设安全文化,如何让最主要的各级部门经理接受现代安全理念并积极展示在安全领域的领导力。通过参加此课程,主管们将能明确自己的在安全生产中的责任,提升其积极主动的安全态度和意识,增强企业安全文化。
课程通过摸底测验、理论讲解、观看录像、讨论、课后测验等生动的方式,让经理、监督/主管们接受现代安全管理理念,是欲在企业大力推动现代安全管理理念的有力助手。

Safety Course for Managers and Supervisors Course duration: One Day
HSE professionals, when they perform your duty, often encounter resistance based on the perception that safety supervision is all about finding problems and disrupting the work. Managers and supervisors do not always appreciate the link between safe work, good workforce moral and increased productivity. Managers and supervisors establish the standards and promote attainment of goals by providing the best example to the workforce.
This course includes pre-test, case study, video post-test etc. to help Managers and Supervisors understand their roles and responsibilities. The importance of building a pro-active safety culture and demonstrate their safety leadership is emphasized.
