危害辩识及作业安全分析
危害辩识是风险管理的第一步，只有识别出了危害因素，才能对其进行评估及控制。作业前进行作业安全分析（JSA）是一种简单、易行的风险分析方法，是一种主动的事前识别潜在危害和预防事故的分析方法，是一线监督/主管及现场作业人员都应当熟练掌握的技巧。本课程包括如何识别识别工作场所危害，如何对将要进行的工作任务进行分解、危害辩识以及应当采取何种防范措施。通过实际练习，学员将能掌握作业安全分析的基本方法并在实际工作中运用。
课程参加对象：现场主管/监督、HSE专职人员、现场作业员工。
Hazard Identification and Job Safety Analysis- Duration: Half Day
Hazard Identification is the first step for Risk Management. The process is based upon the
identification of hazard, assessment of the risk and determination of control measures. JSA is a
simple but practical risk assessment method. It’s a pro-active approach to identify potential
hazard and control measures. Site supervisors and employees should know how to conduct a JSA.
This course will demonstrate how to break down job steps and analysis associated hazards and related
pre-cautions, after the training and practice, the attendees should be able to utilize JSA during
their daily work.
