engineers during design; the construction team and the Owners
Operations team.
A comprehensive commissioning program
includes:
1) Development of the
commissioning program in cooperation with the Engineers, the
Completions Team and the Operator to establish the process systems
boundaries and preparation of the commissioning procedures.
2) Preparation of Commissioning Work
Packs and validation against the process
design.
3) Preparation of Completions,
Commissioning and Handover Certificates, including criticality rated
Punchlists
4) Provision of skilled
technicians to work with the Contractors completions teams and to
execute the commissioning workscope.

Specification and/or provision of all commissioning tools and test
equipment
6) Demonstration of systems
performance and handover to the
operator
7) Database tracking of all
commissioning tasks schedule and certification including handover
documentation
