根据客户的要求，结合其现场的实际情况；做一些可行性方案的工作。编写可行性报告其深度包括建立适合的体系纲要。

2) 建立针对性、实用性和可操作性强的HSE 体系
在仔细分析用户的需求后，以相关的政策法规为指导，运用专业知识编制适宜的体系该体系应可操作性强，专业特征清晰、条款细节分明。

3) 承担辅助客户HSE体系执行的配套培训
以HSE的基本理论为依托 ，结合各有关学科的知识，采用生动、活泼的教学方式（包括HSE专题、体系论述等等），提高从业人员的HSE理论水平。

4) 参入执行 HSE 体系和审核及深化和改进
HSE资深专家参入执行体系，他们既能传授实践技能于同事又能及时地完善体系；同时也是体系实施地保障。

1) HSE pre-audit
The facilities is   assessed to  determine the   actual   situation on the site. The audit is conducted against   the   criteria   established by  client &  the  applicable  national and international standards and codes of practice.

2) Set up HSE system
After  analyses   the   requirement   from   the   Client, the HSE   management   system document is    developed    utilizing   the knowledge and   expertise of both the Clients’ organization and the Trainor specialists. The policy & guidelines dictated by the client are incorporated into all levels of the documented HSE system.

3) Set up HSE training
The HSE training will combine HSE theory and practical   application  techniques. The presentation    style will   promote   inclusion   and   participation at all   technical  and managerial levels to develop a positive supportive HSE culture and a HSE aware and competent organization.

4) Supervising, audit and updating HSE work and its system
Trainor specialists work along side Client HSE personnel to assist with implementation and on-the- job training. Our specialist will verify the adequacy and effectiveness  of  the  HSE management systems and  recommend improvements  where appropriate.
