Systematic Training & Evaluation Program

Offshore operation and onshore and petrochemical facilities operation is a HIGH RISK business. On-the-job training is very important and effective for the first line employee to understand and master the knowledge and skills required to safely perform the work. On-the-job trainings was traditionally handled by “hand- to- hand” approach, which, is heavily reliant on the knowledge and skills of the “elder hand”, and not a systematic approach.


A Systematic Training and Evaluation Program is much more powerful and effective tool for the training for new employees. The program ensures all essential skills of a specific position e.g. Maintenance, Safety etc. are addressed and personnel instructed in safe operating methods.
